Jacob Moroza-Rasmussen is a senior director at APCO and is based in Brussels. He specializes in EU and national member states political landscapes and policies, advising strategically and helping navigating clients successfully as partners in these areas.
Before joining APCO, Mr. Moroza-Rasmussen was the Secretary General for the European Liberal Party, the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe (ALDE) Party for 11 years. There he was responsible for the overall strategic direction, resource management, and growth of the ALDE Party, as well as for further developing the relationship with national member parties and its community of stakeholders.
Mr. Moroza-Rasmussen has also worked at Hartmann Packaging where he held various positions, such as Managing Director of their factory in Finland, Head of the Operational Excellence program across all production sites in Europe and in charge of evaluating internal investment cases in the turnaround plan for the company. Before that he worked in Denmark’s main telecommunication company, TDC, as Finance Director for their IT division. He is originally from Denmark.
