With nearly 30 years of experience in the field of information technology, Philip Fraser is a seasoned professional who thrives on innovation and operational excellence. He has worked and lived in Europe, the United States and Asia, and possess an in-depth understanding of various operational, IT and regulatory landscapes. His global experience helps inform his decision-making and to ensure APCO’s regulatory compliance in a rapidly evolving digital world. He is actively involved in helping APCO through its AI transformation with an onus on how AI can be integrated into day-to-day operational processes, enabling new levels of efficiency and innovation.

Philip is a member of APCO’s Global Leadership leadership team, where he collaborates with executives across regions to drive transformative initiatives.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in political economy and a Master of Science in Management Decision Making with a specialization in Information Sciences.

Prior to working at APCO, Philip worked as an operations research consultant in the aerospace industry.
