Nina Zholudeva is a project consultant in APCO’s Shanghai office, where she specializes in government policy monitoring and analysis. Ms. Zholudeva works with clients from a wide range of sectors including FMCG, chemicals, financial services, healthcare and technology. She also co-leads China Reform Watch, a daily newsletter that provides updates on the latest political, economic and business developments in China.
Prior to joining APCO, Ms. Zholudeva worked in the energy, environment and education sectors. She holds a Master’s degree in China Studies from Peking University and another Master’s degree in Economics and Management of Innovation and Technology from Bocconi University. She also has a Bachelor’s degree from Moscow State Institute of International Relations. As well as English and Mandarin Chinese, she speaks Russian and Italian.
