Martin Signoux is a consultant in APCO Worldwide’s Paris office, specializing in digital policy. Working at the crossroads of public policy, government relations and corporate reputation, Mr. Signoux supports international organizations and large corporations, notably in the tech sector. His command of the French and European decision-making process combined with his digital expertise enable him to design and implement far-reaching advocacy campaigns for policy-shaping or brand awareness.
Prior to joining APCO, Mr. Signoux worked on trade issues for the French Social and Economic Council where he spearheaded a report on the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership. He also contributed to the development of EuropaNova, a think-tank working on pan-European initiatives.
Mr. Signoux holds a master’s degree in European Affairs from Sciences Po Paris and a master of Laws in International politics from Fudan University, China. A native French speaker, he is also fluent in English and Mandarin.
