Lily Reisser, senior associate director in APCO’s Brussels office, supports the policy and regulatory goals of healthcare clients as a public affairs and communications strategic adviser. Working across the United States, the Middle East and Europe, Ms. Reisser’s clients have included multinational biopharmaceutical companies, insurers, broad-based coalitions, universities and consumer healthcare companies.
Prior to joining APCO, Ms. Reisser contributed to science policy research as a research assistant at the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies, where she performed analyses of health care and regulatory science issues, including for projects related to controversial FDA regulatory decisions, the classification of scientific information and the responsibility of the media in communicating about scientific research. Ms. Reisser has also worked in direct patient care as a pharmacy technician at Walgreens and Denver Health and Hospital Authority pharmacies.
Ms. Reisser holds a Master of Science in biomedical science policy and advocacy from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree in molecular, cellular and developmental biology from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
