Gabriel Phillips is an experienced political advisor, providing clients with guidance on the political and regulatory engagement in Westminster and counsel on advocacy campaigns. He supports clients across a range of sectors, specializing in technology, energy and health care. Gabriel has extensive knowledge and experience of Westminster from working across the political ecosystem through multiple award-winning public affairs campaigns in a broad variety of sectors, winning the PRCA’s Corporate Campaign of the Year twice and Social Media Campaign of the Year once.
Gabriel is a senior consultant in APCO’s London office and a leading member of the firm’s Government Affairs team, having joined in 2018.
Prior to joining APCO, Gabriel worked in comms and policy for a leading trade association in the energy industry. He graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a Master of Arts (Hons) in Japanese. During this time, he spent a year studying at Gakushuin University in Tokyo.
