Sriwipa "Ping" Siripunyawit


Sriwipa “Ping” Siripunyawit is a director based in APCO's Bangkok office and serves as market lead for Thailand. Her expertise lies in communications, media industry and business and finance sectors. She has provided communication counselling and media and government relations for clients in various sectors.

Prior to joining APCO, she was the Editor in Chief of Forbes Thailand, the internationally-recognized business magazine under the umbrella of the Bangkok Post Group Pcl. During her tenure, she led the entire editorial department and directed the digital media team with determination to delivering accurate and valuable content to readers. Ms Sriwipa’s earlier journalistic career spans a wide variety of editing and reporting positions at the Bangkok Post, the Nation and an industry trade magazine. At the Bangkok Post, she started out as a senior reporter for the paper’s personal finance section, “Your Money”, and later became editor of the paper’s weekly “My Life” lifestyle magazine, followed by stints as the finance editor, deputy business editor and projects editor. 

She also lectured on journalism at Assumption University and Bangkok University, and is the author of “12 Khun Phon SMEs: 12 Steps to Success”, a book profiling 12 of Thailand’s most promising business entrepreneurs. She holds an honors degree in Business Administration from Assumption University and a graduate degree in journalism and media from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia.
