He plays a pivotal role in shaping APCO’s growth across the MENA region and delivering high-impact advisory to clients navigating complex, fast-changing environments.

In his expanded role as a President, MENA, Samer partners with regional and global senior leadership teams to realize APCO’s strategic vision, elevate its advisory offering and lead transformation initiatives that strengthen operational excellence. He is also responsible for accelerating the firm’s growth and profitability goals and leading enterprise-wide efficiency efforts.

Samer holds an MBA and completed executive education at Harvard Business School in Leading Professional Service Firms.
