Lana Osher

Associate Director

Lana Osher, an associate director in APCO’s Tel Aviv office, and specializes in providing strategic communications, reputation management, crisis communications and government affairs support to several of APCO’s multinational clients in the technology, healthcare, financial, clean-tech and energy sectors. Ms. Osher helps some of the world’s most prominent multinationals tackle challenges, seize opportunities and build relationships in the complex Israeli market and political environment. Over the past five years at APCO, Ms. Osher has also supported several leading Chinese corporations with global positioning, reputation management, navigating international landscapes, and M&A communication.

As a member of both APCO’s Technology and Energy & Clean-Tech practices, Ms. Osher helps technology and energy companies navigate regulative challenges and media landscapes to build visible profiles in markets across the world. While seconded to Masdar, Abu Dhabi’s Renewable Energy Company, she played a key role in positioning the company and Emirate around their partnership with Solar Impulse, coordinated the communications campaign for the International Renewable Agency (IRENA) headquarters inauguration in Abu Dhabi, and managed media relations for the UAE delegation to the 7th World Water Forum in South Korea.

Prior to joining APCO in 2012, Ms. Osher served as a research associate at the Rubin Center for Research in International Affairs where she was responsible for supporting the publication of texts on Israel, security and stability in the Middle East, and the Muslim Brotherhood.  The texts were published by Oxford: Routledge, Palgrave Macmillan, Princeton University Press, and the Middle East Review of International Affairs (MERIA).

Ms. Osher holds a BA in Government and International Affairs and an MA Certificate in European Economic and Political Studies from the Interdisciplinary Center, Herzliya. Ms. Osher is a native English speaker and fluent in Hebrew.
