Miranda Barham joins APCO Worldwide's London officeLondon (October 18, 2007) – Miranda Barham, former communication and marketing manager at energy exchange group APX, joins APCO Worldwide in London as associate director, announced Darren Murphy, managing director. She will support APCO regional director Jon Chandler, the former Coca-Cola Europe communications and public affairs director, on corporate communication assignments. Barham spent four years with APX where she led the group's UK communication team. Prior to that, she spent four years with Edelman in Hong Kong, working on large consumer, financial, technical and corporate client accounts including Coca-Cola, EDS, Telstra and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. Barham earned a degree in political economics from the University of Sydney and spent her early career in the marketing sector in Australia before moving to Hong Kong. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations. "Miranda will make an invaluable contribution to the team in the UK," said Murphy.
