Keeping our employees' skills and knowledge base current is an important factor in APCO's success and employee satisfaction. In India, APCO has a program to provide employees with the tools and resources to achieve their professional and personal goals. This consists of a three-dimensional approach to training and development:

- Training Program: courses and seminars to enhance the skills and knowledge employees need to do their job. Course offerings include management skills, presentations skills, media relations and introduction to consultancy.
- Work/Life Program: courses and seminars to help employees address day-to-day life challenges. We have offered seminars on financial planning, travel planning, nutrition, fitness and house buying.
- Mentoring Program: a voluntary program to assist employees in achieving their professional goals through one-to-one guidance.
