Tamara Saeb
Tamara Saeb is associate manager for the Arab Region, based in Dubai. Ms. Saeb's expertise lies in strategic communication and public policy engagement across a number of sectors, including corporate, government and civil society.
As part of her work in the Arab region, Ms. Saeb provides strategic counsel on government relations and positioning to high-profile public bodies and private sector clients in industries such as health, transport and energy. Ms Saeb facilitates the development of strategic partnerships between clients, key opinion leaders and media in the Arab Region and beyond and has a wealth of experience in launching international media campaigns.
Prior to joining APCO, Ms. Saeb served as communication specialist for UNICEF in Syria where she was responsible for the development and implementation of communication and fundraising strategies, including managing partnerships with local and pan-Arab media, NGOs and government counterparts. Ms Saeb also worked for the Delegation of the European Commission in Damascus in the management of EU-funded projects. She was involved in the negotiations between the European Union and Syria on the Association Agreement and the MEDA Convention framework.
