International Commercial Communication Policy Expert Joins APCO
Lvovich Strengthens Pan-European Team
London (April 20, 2006) –Stephanie Lvovich today was named a director in public affairs, focusing on marketing and commercial communication policy management, in APCO UK, Simon Miller, managing director, announced today.
Lvovich joins APCO from Citigate Public Affairs (now merging with the Global Consulting Group), where she served as managing director for European public affairs. She was previously the head of the media group for European Public Policy Advisors (EPPA).
“Stephanie is an acknowledged expert on commercial communication issues and is well-respected for her outstanding work,” said Miller. “She is an excellent consultant with a strong track record of helping companies and trade associations manage marketing issues in the U.S., Europe and globally.”
Lvovich has more than 12 years experience and is a European expert on marketing and commercial communication policy. The appointment reflects APCO’s strategy to deepen its public affairs capability on marketing issues in the UK, providing a strong counterpart to the marketing policy work APCO is conducting in Brussels. Charlotte Hughes, who previously worked at Citigate Public Affairs as an account manager, is also joining APCO UK as an associate manager to bolster the team.
Lvovich will be based in London and will report to Miller, working closely with Brad Staples, chief executive officer of APCO’s EMEA region.
