We believe in rewarding outstanding performers who make contributions to our company. We know saying "job well done" goes a long way in showing employees that their commitment and hard work is appreciated and valued. APCO provides several ways for employees to receive recognition. Below are just a few examples.

Global Rewards

  • CEO's Council – This program rewards APCO's top performing employees by giving them the opportunity to meet directly with APCO's founder and CEO. At the CEO's Council meetings, employees are able to have in-depth discussions about the company's future and voice their concerns and interests.
  • Global Employee Scholarship Program – The global employee exchange program recognizes and rewards top performing employees by providing them an opportunity to work in another APCO office with their international colleagues for a period of two to four weeks. While on the exchange, employees have the opportunity to share best practices, work on interesting client work, develop relationships with their global colleagues and learn about other cultures.
  • Milestone Anniversary Award – At APCO, we have the opportunity to present many milestone anniversary awards and we are proud of it! Finding great talent and creating an environment where staff chose to stay is only one of the ways we ensure our business success. We offer recognition and reward for those employees who celebrate 5, 10, 15, and 20 years with APCO. We recently celebrated the 25th anniversary of one employee. Employees are provided with a certificate of appreciation for their years of service, signed by APCO's founder and CEO and the chairman of their respective region, and a monetary gift or gift of travel depending upon the anniversary.
