Stacy Reyan
Stacy Reyan, executive vice president of human resources, joined APCO Worldwide in 2001. With more than 20 years of progressive human resources experience, working as a generalist throughout most of her career and most recently focusing on talent development and organizational design, Ms. Reyan is responsible for setting the global human resources strategy to align and support the achievement of APCO’s global business objectives.
One recently renewed objective for the global human resources team is to focus on engaging our employees, implementing new opportunities for development, and offering guidance to management to keep APCO employees at the center of what we do. Through these collective efforts, our goal is for APCO to receive the “Great Places to Work” designation in all of our key markets and to ensure APCO remains an employer of choice.
Prior to joining APCO, Ms. Reyan was the manager of compensation and benefits at the American Diabetes Association, a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to find a cure for diabetes and focus upon improving the lives of those living with diabetes. She held a position of HR generalist at Porter Novelli for several years and early in her career she worked across a number of different industries (IT, government contracting, aviation).
She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), World at Work, and is an executive committee member of The Conference Board Council of Mid-Market HR Executives.
Ms. Reyan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from George Mason University. She received her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification by the Human Resources Credentialing Institute (HRCI) in 1996.
