Philip Fraser

Philip Fraser, chief information officer, oversees all technology infrastructure & solutions for the company.

Under his direction, APCO has built a global information technology network infrastructure that ensures APCO’s business aspirations are reinforced by a solid forward-thinking information technology strategy. Prior to working for APCO, Mr. Fraser worked for an aerospace company, where he used computer-based forecasting models to provide advice on how best to increase cost-efficiency at the company.

In addition to a series of professional information technology qualifications, Mr. Fraser holds both a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Economics and a Master of Science in Information Sciences.
