Financial Communication Expert Joins APCO
New York, N.Y. (February 27, 2007) – Jeff Zelkowitz, former managing director of the financial communication firm, Taylor Rafferty, joins APCO Worldwide as a senior vice president, Larry Snoddon, vice chairman and managing director of APCO’s New York office, announced today.

Zelkowitz will play a leading role in providing corporate and financial communication counsel for APCO’s clients. He has more than 15 years of experience advising senior executives on communicating their business strengths, supporting their corporate and strategic objectives, and achieving their capital markets goals around the world.
In addition to his knowledge of investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and stock exchange listings, Zelkowitz advises clients on strategic repositioning, reputation management, crisis management, business diplomacy and corporate affairs issues, including the specific challenges and opportunities of companies in emerging markets.
