Reputation Matrix
The Reputation Matrix maps the issues that have the greatest impact in shaping reputation by illustrating the industry's strengths and weaknesses against their relative importance to each stakeholder.
Drivers in the upper quadrants represent those with the greatest impact in shaping reputation. Drivers shown on the right represent areas of strength (where the industry is seen as meeting expectations), while drivers in the left represent areas of vulnerability (where the industry is not meeting expectations). Thus, the key strengths to protect reputation are shown in the upper right quadrant, while the key opportunities for enhancing reputation are shown in the upper left quadrant.
You can view results from the total sample by choosing "all audiences" or use the dropdown menu to select a more specific audience. Then, click on reputation drivers with the
to learn more about the significance of highlighted drivers. Click here to learn about the Matrix methodology.
